Sarah Nieto

Sarah grew up in the Shenandoah Valley, and has taught young children for thirty years. She has a degree from Appalachian State University, in Child Development and Psychology. Her work in the preschool setting began while she was still in college. After graduating, she moved to Mexico to learn Spanish, and she taught English at a Montessori school.

Sarah has loved raising her two sons in the Harrisonburg community. She was part of the grass-roots effort that brought Montessori education to the area. She completed her Montessori certification in Richmond Virginia, and has taught Montessori for many years in the Valley. Sarah has devoted her life to teaching, and she finds it extremely rewarding. She looks forward to guiding your children on their journey to a love of learning.
